Welcome to Edinburgh and Lothian Counselling Services
What is Counselling?
Counselling is a talking therapy where the client works with a fully qualified counsellor or psychotherapist to explore, in a safe and confidential environment, the issues or problems that they are experiencing.
I offer counselling sessions lasting for 50 minutes and provide a safe, confidential, comfortable, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore the issues you are facing in your life.
This environment, and the professional, trusting and supportive relationship I will build with you will provide a safe platform to explore what is important to you and help you find greater insight, self-awareness and understanding of yourself and/or your relationships.
My counselling services are open to you whether you want to come as an individual or as a couple, whether you are heterosexual, bi-sexual or part of a same-sex couple, whether you have a monogamous, open or poly-amorous relationship or are into casual relationships or are celibate.
